Bridal parties, hens, birthdays, baby showers and team treats — book the salon for your group and we’ll roster senior technicians so everyone finishes together.
How group bookings work
- Tell us about your groupEmail or call with your date, preferred time, number of guests and the treatments you’d like. Groups of 3 or more are booked directly with us rather than on Fresha.
- We plan the sessionWe confirm availability, roster the right number of senior technicians and send you a written quote with the finish time.
- Secure with a depositA deposit holds your booking (see policy). The balance is paid on the day, individually or together.
- Enjoy your momentArrive together, settle in and let us take care of the rest.
Good to know
- Manicures and pedicures can run at the same time for each guest, so larger groups finish sooner.
- Bridal bookings: we recommend nails 2–3 days before the wedding and a trial set 2–4 weeks earlier for the bride.
- Nail art for the whole party? Send inspiration photos with your enquiry and we’ll quote per guest.
- You’re welcome to bring cake or bubbles for birthdays and hens — just let us know in advance.
Group booking policy
These terms apply to bookings of 3 or more guests made together. They sit alongside our general terms of use.
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the quoted total is required to confirm a group booking. It is deducted from the final balance on the day.
Changes and cancellations
Please give at least 72 hours’ notice to change or cancel a group booking. Cancellations with less notice, and guests who don’t attend, forfeit their share of the deposit, because we have rostered technicians specifically for your group. Reducing the number of guests with less than 72 hours’ notice is treated as a cancellation for those guests.
Arrival
Please arrive together, 5–10 minutes before your start time. If the group arrives late we may need to shorten treatments so that other clients aren’t affected.
Payment
The balance is payable on the day by card, cash or bank transfer, either as one payment or individually. Gift cards are welcome.
